Maltitol and Hydrogenated Starch
Hydrolysate are natural sweeteners. These sweeteners have a reduced glycemic response (the rate at which your blood sugar level rises) as compared to white table sugar.
Maltitol is a natural sweetener derived from corn. Most of our chocolates and cookies are sweetened with this natural substitute.
Hydrogenated Starch Hydrolysate
is also a corn derived sweetener. This sweetener is used for most of our sweet delicious hard candies.
